12 Weeks of Intensive Training, 6 Days a Week
WOWs comprehensive culinary program teaches food-service fundamentals in a supportive, hands-on and team-based environment.
In order to participate in the program, you must be between the ages of 16 and 24 years of age, and must be able to commit to working weekends and two other days per week on a consistent basis, depending on your school schedule. The program is open to young people who have faced serious challenges in life, such as homelessness, foster care, dealings with the criminal justice system, poverty, learning disabilities and similar issues. We ask that you commit to staying in the program for one year.
If you complete the WOW program, you will acquire valuable, marketable skills in food preparation, professional-level cooking, catering, and small business management. The program consists of the following components:
- Kitchen training
- Front house operations
- Catering & food-related micro-businesses
- Life skills development
- Sustainable farming & food sourcing

Tuition & Scholarships
